Welcome Jonathan Ford

We are pleased to welcome Jonathan Ford to the BrellaTrac team. Jonathan has been a leading agent in the Inner West, particularly Marrickville, Dulwich Hill & Hurlstone Park over the last 30 years. From working with and owning larger franchise offices to more recently his own boutique agency, Jonathan can now focus on what he does best and continue delivering outstanding results with top notch client service without being bogged down on day to day admin/office management.

Jonathan has worked through numerous property cycles and has continuously been able to guide his clients towards the best possible outcomes. Anyone can sell houses in a booming market, but its the tougher times that separate boys from men. We see newish agents that haven't worked through a whole property market cycle be absolutely shocked to only have one or two registered bidders at an auction and place complete fear in their clients. It's the tougher markets that allow the most experienced agents to shine, which has significant financial benefit for our vendors.
